Fill out a census template for all employees. Find the census you need by clicking either:
"I want to change my plan", if you currently have benefit plans.
"I don't currently have a plan", if you want Invictus to help create a benefit package for you.
This is important in deciding how we can submit your quotes for underwriting to get you the most accurate rate.
For pharmacies with fewer than 10 employees, Invictus will create an online portal based on your census. Each employee will then complete their questionnaire using a custom link with your pharmacy that Invictus will set up.
After gathering all necessary data Invictus will gather and deliver premier healthcare options within seven business days.
We will walk you through the plan choices, pricing and recommendations.
Following plan selection, Invictus will help guide you through implementation through: finalizing contributions and payroll deductions, preparing the final enrollment census, and educating your employees and conducting your pharmacy's open-enrollment.
